Logs are reviewed for suspicious activity, and the site is audited as per Government of India guidelines. Issues found are logged and fixed by the technical team, and serious issues are reported to the competent authority.

10. Contingency Management Plan

This plan describes how the website is restored after an outage, cyber incident or data loss. Incidents are identified through monitoring or user reports and reported to the Web Information Manager and the technical team. The affected system is isolated if required, the cause is identified and the problem is contained. The website is then restored from the latest verified backup and checked before it is made available again.

A notice is placed on the website where possible, and the competent authority and affected users are informed as required. After each incident the cause is analysed, and this plan is tested and updated at least once a year.
